Grey structure is the backbone of any building — the skeletal framework including foundation, columns, beams, walls, and roofing slab. Planet Builders brings PEC-certified engineering expertise to every grey structure project we undertake.
We use high-grade materials, verified concrete mixes, and precision reinforcement to ensure maximum structural integrity. Every project is overseen by qualified civil engineers throughout the build.
Building Materials
We source only the finest quality raw materials, ensuring every grey structure we build meets and exceeds Pakistan Engineering Council standards.
We use Class-A kiln-fired bricks that offer maximum compressive strength, low water absorption, and excellent thermal insulation. Our bricks are sourced from certified manufacturers and tested for quality before use.
We exclusively use OPC 43 and OPC 53 grade Portland cement from Pakistan's leading brands — DG, Cherat, Fauji, and Lucky Cement. The correct cement grade is selected based on structural requirements for each project.
Washed and graded stone crush (3/4" to 1") for concrete mixes. Proper gradation ensures the correct concrete workability and final compressive strength for columns, beams, and slabs.
River sand and manufactured sand (M-sand) used for mortar and concrete applications. We control silt content and grading to ensure maximum bond strength in masonry and concrete work.
We use Grade 60 deformed steel bars (rebar) from certified Pakistani steel mills including Amreli, Mughal, and Ittefaq. Structural drawings specify the bar diameter and spacing to achieve the designed load capacity.
